How to cook Grilled Black Pepper Chicken

4 pieces of chicken thighs top (without bone)
1 leek, thinly sliced

Seasoning Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3 eggs red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
1 ½ teaspoon black pepper, a little finely crushed

How to cook:
Making Seasonings:
1. Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir until boiling. Remove from heat.

Grilling Chicken:
