Ingredients of Padang Spicy Fried Chicken

  • 1 chicken, cut into 10 parts
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cooking oil

Mix well:

  • 100 g of rice flour
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to cook Padang Spicy Fried Chicken:

  1. Stir the chicken pieces with garlic, lemon juice, and salt until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes. Drain.
  2. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with flour mixture until blended.
  3. Heat a flat pan, put chicken pieces mealy. Cook until the water in chicken meat and chicken out a bit dry. Lift.
  4. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken until cooked and dry the outside. Drain. Serve warm.
