Ingredients of Maluku Yellow Tuna Recipes:

500 grams of tuna
1 ½ tsp salt
1 teaspoon tamarind, dissolved in 50 ml of water, filtered

5 cloves garlic
4 pieces of red chili
2 tsp coriander seeds, toasted

How to Cook Maluku Yellow Tuna Recipes:
