How to make Indonesian Butter Fried Chicken

Ingredients of Indonesian Butter Fried Chicken

  • 1 chicken, cut into 8-10 parts
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • cooking oil
  • 75 g butter
  • 50 g onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cm ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 leeks, cut into 2 cm
  • 2 oranges limes, halved

How to cook Butter Fried Chicken:

  1. Wash chicken and drain. Marinate chicken with garlic, pepper, and salt until average. Let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat a lot. Fry chicken pieces until yellow-brown and cooked through. Drain.
  3. Heat the butter until melted. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken, soy sauce, soy sauce, and pepper. Stir until blended.
  5. Add green onion, stirring until wilted. Lift.
  6. Sprinkle lemon juice. Serve warm.
