Manado Grilled Oxtail Recipes

Ingredients:
1 kg oxtail
700 ml of water
100 grams of milk powder
2 teaspoons ground pepper
2 teaspoons salt

3 cloves garlic, crushed

How to Cook:

1. Heat oil and saute ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant, set aside
2. Boil oxtail, water, and presto all the spices in a saucepan for 20 minutes, lift and open the lid
