Ingredients of Padang Sate Barbeque Recipes

  • 250 grams of beef

  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 1 sheet of turmeric leaf
  • 100 grams of rice flour
  • 50 ml of water

How to make Padang Sate Barbeque Recipes:

1.Boiled beef with oil, spices, lemon grass, galangal, and turmeric leaf. Once tender, remove and cut into small pieces and thin. Prick with the stick.
