The Ingredients of Indonesian Chicken Noodle:
375 g chicken breasts, wash & dry; grab the meat, reserving the bones for chicken soup
170 g mushrooms, fresh or canned
2 pieces of red onion
Soy sauce fish
Green onion, thinly sliced
Caisim vegetables, wash & cut into pieces 3 cm long
2 cloves garlic
shrimp or beef Meatballs according to your taste
How to make chicken noodle:
1. Cut the Chicken meat in small boxes. Coarsely chopped mushroom. Onion and garlic chopped fine-fine or you can finely crushed.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan until quite hot. Saute slices / red onion and white scours until fragrant. Insert pieces of chicken and mushrooms. Stir until the chicken changes color. Sprinkle fish sauce, about 1 teaspoon soy sauce and about 2 teaspoons. Stir again and then put salt and pepper to taste. Cook briefly to soak (do not bother to dry). Remove from heat.
How to make chicken soup:
Boil enough water. When water is boiling, put chicken bones, reduce heat and cook about 15 minutes. After that chicken broth is filtered. Then boiled meatballs with sauce that has been filtered until meatballs are cooked. Sprinkle a little salt.
How to serve:
Boil plenty of water in large saucepan. After boiling, boil vegetables until wilted caisim advance. Lift & drain. Enter a wet noodle, cook about 3-4 minutes. Lift & drain. Put a little sesame oil and soy sauce in bowl, put noodles, chicken & mushroom, vegetable caisim, sprinkle with scallions. Eat with a sauce of chicken and sauce.
