Ingredients of Sukabumi west java chicken porridge:

  • 250 grams of rice, washed

  • 3 tablespoons of oil for sauteing

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 700 cc of water
  • 5 pieces cakwe ready to buy, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams of soy beans, fried
  • fried dumpling skin to taste
  • celery to taste, finely sliced

Blend seasoning:

5 cloves garlic
3 cloves garlic
3 cm turmeric, roasted
½ teaspoon pepper
3 eggs hazelnut
salt to taste
